Heidi is an internationally recognised Irish Whiskey expert and she has travelled extensively throughout Ireland and Europe hosting Irish Whiskey Tastings, Training Sessions, Seminars and Masterclasses. She regularly represents Irish Whiskey at International Whisky Shows and features in whisky magazines. She speaks English, French and German and her expertise and enthusiasm come across with every Whiskey Tasting. She has even been described on several occasions as the Jamie Oliver of the Whisky World!!
